Returns

All returns must be discussed with our team, we can then discuss action to be taken.

As all Emalou products are lovingly handcrafted to order they will be sent out in pristine condition, no item will be sent out faulty, if however items become faulty within the first month of purchase will be more that happy to replace, exchange or refund that item for you.

All items must be returned in an unused and pristine condition, and must be returned in its original box and wrapping

If an item is returned and you wish to exchange it, you will be responsible for your return postage costs, but Emalou will pay for the postage on your new item.

If an item is returned simply because it is not wanted and you wish for a refund you will be responsible for your return postage costs and our original postage will not be refunded.

Any item that becomes faulty within 12 months of purchase we will provide you with a replacement.
