As all Emalou items are limited edition pieces, this are all handcrafted to order so please allow up to 3-4 weeks for an item to reach you, however our aim is to process your order as fast as we can

An email will always be sent to you advising you of when your order is due to be despatched

If you do require your order quickly then please contact the team and they discuss your requirements further.

Everything is sent with the understanding that you will provide a signature upon delivery, this is to protect both parties from fraudulent transactions.
UK deliveries are sent ‘special delivery’ or Recorded delivery.

However All bespoke pieces are sent by ‘Special delivery’ if not personally hand delivered by the team who have been working with you

Standard Delivery UK Mainland
Standard Delivery items will be sent using Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery Service; items will require a signature from you upon arrival.
This service is £2.95 regardless of how many items you order.

Please note this method of postage does not insure your items, if you require insurance please use the Special delivery method of postage as cannot be responsible for any items lost in the post.

Special Delivery UK Mainland
We can also send your items by Royal Mail Special Delivery Service; items will also require a signature from you upon arrival.
This service is £4.95 regardless of how many items you order.

Our aim is to deliver your items in 5 working days of your payment being received, In the event this is not possible we will email you with details of any delay.
All orders over £120 are sent free of charge
