By placing an order with Emalou you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions
If you are, unhappy with any aspect of these then you should contact us before placing an order with us.

These terms and conditions are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the no exclusive justification of the English court. This doesn’t not affect you non-excludable statutory rights.

Emalou cannot accept liability for injury or negative consequence of using the items sold. Furthermore we cannot accept liability for misuse of its packaging.

Privacy Policy
We respect your right to privacy and we only use the information that we collect from you lawfully (in accordance with the data protection act 1998)
We collect information about you for two reasons
1/To process your order and notify you of its progress.
2/From time to time we will send you details about special offers or promotions from Emalou if you have signed into our in house mailing list
We do not and will not collect any sensitive information about you and we will never pass your details to a third party

Bespoke orders
Bespoke orders take between 4-8 weeks to complete, but dates can be discussed with your designer.

When you place an order with Emalou you will receive a confirmation of your order via email

Product availability
All Emalou products are limited edition handcrafted to order products, if on the unfortunate event that the order placed is unavailable, we will advise you by email and offer you other options or you can cancel your order and receive a full refund.

Amending Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and the changes will be effective as soon as they are displayed on the website.
